My goodness how the year flew by! Christmas is just around the corner and a week after that is a new year. Hope everyone is making the most of this year and is enjoying themselves. Another new month means another monthly favourites.
During this month I attended quite a few parties and I have been constantly grabbing the Too Faced Shadow Insurance to prime my eyelids before putting on eyeshadows. This eyeshadow primer is brilliant. It doesn't cause my eyeshadows to crease and it applies on my eyelids smoothly. I also have been using the Maybelline Eyestudio black gel liner frequently. It has a good consistency and glides on like butter. I also been enjoying using the Essence eyebrow stylist set (the darker colour) for my brows. It's easy to apply and creates lovely natural brows.
I've been eating too much chocolates and drinking way too much coffee this month so I broke out. The pimples had left dark spots on my face so I've been using Lancome Visioonaire religiously. I used it as a serum where I pat it onto my face. It has reduced the hyperpigmentation and even out my skin tone. On top of the serum I also used Elucent whitening Day Moisturiser with SPF 30. It has brighten my skin and given it a natural glow.
For lips, I've been loving NYX soft matte lip cream in Stockholm and Covergirl liperfection lip balm in Coral. The NYX lip cream is creamy like the name and it's a lovely everyday natural colour. The covergirl lip balm is nice and moisturising and the coral colour is beautiful. I like to wear it when I'm not feeling the best (fairly often this month) and it just add a pop of colour. The Essence nail polish in Off to Miami is a vibrant colour, perfect for the Summer. The formulation is amazing. I sucks at painting my nails but this formulation made it's nice and easy.
